Maintenance Request
Below are items which we consider an emergency:
- no heat in the winter
- no air conditioning when the outside temperature is above 90
- a plumbing leak or sewer stoppage which might damage personal belongings or apartment property
- no electricity
- a fire, or any condition which might cause a fire
- an odor of gas
You can call our office 24 hours a day 7 days a week and speak to a live person for emergencies. If your maintenance request is not an emergency you can submit it now by using the form below, or calling our office and leaving a detailed message.
