To all of Kurt's Prospective Clients, I happened to be one of the unfortunate ones caught up in the Sub-Prime mess. To keep me from Foreclosure, Kurt did everything in his power to find a couple to purchase my house, which did need some work & TLC. I'm sure there were long hours on his part, because, as we all know, sales are way down at this time. We ended up doing a "short sale" which saved my credit from further damage & kept me from Foreclosure. Kurt even made a personal sacrifice, as far as his commission went, to help get my house sold.
